1. About 3Delicious.net

3Delicious.net hosts a large catalog of downloadable 3D assets (furniture, lighting, decor, architecture, vehicles, characters, and related categories). Human visitors may browse the catalog on the homepage and category pages, and download models without registration or payment. Model previews and files are delivered through our content delivery network (currently thingbaker.com). Individual models may carry additional license notes on their detail pages; where a model-specific notice conflicts with these Terms, the stricter restriction applies.

2. “As Is” Provision

All 3D models, previews, metadata, and accompanying materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. You assume the entire risk related to your use of the content. 3Delicious.net expressly disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, usefulness, and non-infringement.

3. No Guarantee of Quality or Standards

We do not warrant that any model meets professional, industry, building-code, manufacturing, or legal standards in your jurisdiction. Polygon counts, scale, materials, naming, UV layouts, and file integrity vary across contributors and conversion pipelines. You are solely responsible for verifying suitability before use in client work, BIM coordination, manufacturing, games, or commercial projects.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3Delicious.net, its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use any model or the Website — including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, project delays, or reputational harm — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. User Responsibility and Legal Compliance

You agree to use models only in compliance with all applicable laws, export controls, sanctions, consumer-protection rules, and third-party rights (copyright, trademark, publicity, and privacy) in your country and in any country where the end product is distributed. We do not monitor every upload for jurisdictional compliance and make no representation that a given asset is cleared for all uses worldwide.

6. Modification and Redistribution

Unless a model’s detail page states otherwise, you may modify models and create derivative works for personal or commercial projects. Redistribution of the raw or lightly modified files (re-uploading to another download site, bundling in a competing free model pack, or reselling the mesh data itself) is prohibited without explicit permission from the rights holder. When sharing renders or scenes that prominently feature a model, a credit to 3Delicious.net and/or the original author (where shown on the model page) is appreciated.

7. File Formats and Compatibility

Models are commonly offered in *.GSM (ArchiCAD), *.OBJ (universal interchange), and *.3DS (legacy 3D Studio) formats, among others. Ensuring compatibility with Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Revit, Unity, Unreal Engine, or any other toolchain is your responsibility. We do not provide conversion services, technical support, or guarantees that a file will import without errors.

8. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of the Website and its content are expressly prohibited:

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
• Use in adult, pornographic, defamatory, or hateful material without appropriate restrictions and legal clearances;
• Automated harvesting of the entire catalog to build a mirror site or competing database;
• Use of model files, previews, or metadata as training, fine-tuning, distillation, or evaluation data for machine-learning or AI systems without a separate written enterprise license. Per-request x402 payment (Section 9) grants only a one-time right to fetch and read the requested resource — not to retain, redistribute, or embed it in datasets;
• Circumvention of the x402 payment gateway, including User-Agent spoofing to disguise an AI agent as a human browser, replay of used transaction hashes / EIP-3009 nonces / access tokens, forged PAYMENT-SIGNATURE values, or distributed scraping designed to evade rate limits;
• Submission of payloads intended to manipulate, jailbreak, or override the safety policies of third-party AI operators;
• Interference with Website security, CDN infrastructure, or Cloudflare protections.

Our Content-Signal policy (see robots.txt and llms.txt) states ai-train=no for model files. Search indexing and citation with attribution are permitted (search=yes).

9. AI Agent Access and Payment Requirements

9.1 Automated access

Access by artificial intelligence agents, large language models (LLMs), autonomous crawlers, scrapers, or other non-human programmatic clients to paid resources (individual model pages, downloads, and certain API endpoints) requires payment of USD $0.05 per model access after one free full model page per IP per UTC day, unless a valid subscription API key is presented. Indexable teasers, llms.txt, and public x402 documentation remain free.

9.2 Payment methods

• x402 v2 (recommended, gasless on EVM): Sign an EIP-3009 TransferWithAuthorization off-chain for USDC on Base/Ethereum (or supported stablecoins on listed networks) and submit the base64-encoded PaymentPayload in the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE HTTP header. Specification: github.com/coinbase/x402.
• x402 legacy (on-chain): Send USDC, USDT, or PYUSD on supported networks to the wallet in the HTTP 402 response, then retry with X-Payment: <tx_hash>:<network> or exchange the hash via POST /x402/verify for a one-time X-Access-Token.
• API key (subscription): Contact [email protected] for persistent access and send X-API-Key: x402_… on each request.

9.3 Enforcement

Unpaid AI access to protected resources returns HTTP 402 Payment Required with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header (base64 JSON per x402 v2) and a JSON body describing accepted payment schemes. Each transaction hash, EIP-3009 nonce, and access token is single-use; replay attempts are rejected.

9.4 Human users

These payment obligations apply to automated agents only. Natural persons using a standard web browser may continue to browse and download models free of charge, subject to these Terms.

9.5 Verification and scope

Payments are verified before content is released. A successful payment authorizes one HTTP read of the requested URL and its public metadata for the requesting agent. It does not grant rights to bulk storage, redistribution, dataset construction, or model training. Enterprise licensing: [email protected].

9.6 Logging and rate limiting

Programmatic requests are logged (timestamp, URL, resolved IP via CF-Connecting-IP or X-Forwarded-For, User-Agent, Cloudflare Ray ID, payment method, verification outcome) for billing, fraud prevention, and legal record-keeping. We may throttle or block IPs, ASNs, wallet addresses, or API keys engaged in abuse or systematic non-payment. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

9.7 Acceptance

By sending an HTTP request that identifies you as an automated agent, you accept these Terms and the per-request payment obligation in this Section 9.

10. Intellectual Property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in each model remain with the original author or licensor. Downloading a file grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset as permitted here and on the model page — not a transfer of ownership. The 3Delicious.net name, logo, site design, and curated catalog structure are our property or licensed to us.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3Delicious.net and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use or misuse of any model, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination of Access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website or specific resources at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, abuse of the x402 gateway, excessive automated traffic, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes to AI payment rules may also be reflected in llms.txt and pricing.json.
